Ingredients for 2 servings
- 6el Oil (or clarified butter) for the pan
- 3pc Eggs, medium sized
- 100G flour
- 150ml milk
- 1el sugar
- 1prize Salt

- For the pancakes , crack the eggs and mix well in a bowl.
- Then add the milk, flour, sugar and salt and mix with a hand mixer or whisk to form a smooth, rather liquid dough.
- Now heat some oil or clarified butter in a coated pan, use a ladle to pour the pancake mixture in portions into the hot pan and bake until the underside is golden brown. Then carefully turn the pancake over with a spatula and bake the second side until golden brown.
- Repeat this process until the dough is used up. Keep adding a little oil or clarified butter to the pan.
- In the meantime, keep the baked pancakes warm in the oven at around 60 degrees.
Recipe Tips
Serve pancakes with vanilla sauce or jam and/or decorate with a few pieces of chocolate.
If the pancake batter is too thick, stir in a little milk; if it’s too thin, add a little flour. The thinner the batter is, the thinner you can make the pancakes.
