Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 6el Oil (or clarified butter) for the pan
  • 3pc Eggs, medium sized
  • 100G flour
  • 150ml milk
  • 1el sugar
  • 1prize Salt

  1. For the pancakes , crack the eggs and mix well in a bowl.
  2. Then add the milk, flour, sugar and salt and mix with a hand mixer or whisk to form a smooth, rather liquid dough.
  3. Now heat some oil or clarified butter in a coated pan, use a ladle to pour the pancake mixture in portions into the hot pan and bake until the underside is golden brown. Then carefully turn the pancake over with a spatula and bake the second side until golden brown.
  4. Repeat this process until the dough is used up. Keep adding a little oil or clarified butter to the pan.
  5. In the meantime, keep the baked pancakes warm in the oven at around 60 degrees.

Recipe Tips

Serve pancakes with vanilla sauce or jam and/or decorate with a few pieces of chocolate.
If the pancake batter is too thick, stir in a little milk; if it’s too thin, add a little flour. The thinner the batter is, the thinner you can make the pancakes.
