Everyone loves it, the classic lasagna with Bolognese sauce. This recipe is a real treat with Barilla Sauce Bolognese.

Classic Lasagna With Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings

10pc Barilla Collezione Lasagna Plates
1Glass Barilla Bolognese sauce

Ingredients for the béchamel

900ml milk
50G butter
50G flour
1prize nutmeg
1prize Salt


  1. Prepare the béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour and stir. Add hot milk, season with salt and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Put aside.
  2. Grease a casserole dish or a square oven tray.
  3. Bottom to top: a layer of béchamel, a few drops of Barilla Bolognese sauce, a layer with two rows of lasagne sheets.
  4. Repeat 5 times, alternating layers of Bolognese sauce, lasagne sheets, béchamel and grated Parmigiano
  5. Reggiano. (There must be enough béchamel left over for the top layer).
  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
