Everyone loves it, the classic lasagna with Bolognese sauce. This recipe is a real treat with Barilla Sauce Bolognese.
Ingredients for 4 servings
10pc Barilla Collezione Lasagna Plates
1Glass Barilla Bolognese sauce
Ingredients for the béchamel
900ml milk
50G butter
50G flour
1prize nutmeg
1prize Salt
preparation
- Prepare the béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour and stir. Add hot milk, season with salt and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Put aside.
- Grease a casserole dish or a square oven tray.
- Bottom to top: a layer of béchamel, a few drops of Barilla Bolognese sauce, a layer with two rows of lasagne sheets.
- Repeat 5 times, alternating layers of Bolognese sauce, lasagne sheets, béchamel and grated Parmigiano
- Reggiano. (There must be enough béchamel left over for the top layer).
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
