Chicken Recipes in a Frying Pan — I know it sounds basic, but these fried chicken breasts are winners on the table every time.

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil , divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a Ninja Foodi NeverStick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, parsley, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  3. If necessary, trim and flatten chicken breasts to approximately the same thickness. To do this, cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap, then gently tap them with a soft mallet or rolling pin-the chicken breasts are about 3/4 inch thick.
  4. Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, then spray each chicken breast with ½ teaspoon of oil and sprinkle with seasoning, separating them on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Put the chicken breast in a hot pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, until the first side is golden brown.
  6. Turn the chicken breast over and cook for another 6-8 minutes until the meat thermometer on the thickest part of the chicken reads 165°F.
(If the chicken is cooked quickly but not fully cooked, you can add 12 cups of water to the pot to prevent it from burning. Continue cooking. If the water evaporates and the chicken is not cooked yet, you can continue to add 1/2 cup of water at a time until the chicken is cooked. Cooked)
  7. Transfer the chicken to the cutting board until it is still, then add the butter to the frying pan over medium heat. Let it melt, add garlic, cook for a minute, and stir.
  8. Cut the chicken breast into strips and serve with garlic butter.
