Blitz Spaghetti Bolognese – Always this Monday! Mentally, you’re still halfway through the weekend and have to realize that time is running out because everything else has to be done immediately and immediately. There is hardly any time to cook properly. If, like me, you don’t feel like getting food regularly or processing bags and cans, you should try my delicious Blitz Spaghetti Bolognese.

Delicious Bolognese sauce that is conjured up on the table in just 15 minutes .

It sounds impossible, but it’s not!

It is only important that you cook the spaghetti at the same time as the Blitz Bolognese sauce, so that both are ready at the same time.

The Blitz Bolognese sauce is prepared without alcohol , as the short cooking time does not guarantee that the alcohol is completely boiled away.

For the bolognese sauce:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pack of diced tomatoes
  • ½ pack of tomato passata
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoons grain broth
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • For the spaghetti:
  • 500g spaghetti _
  • 2 tablespoons salt for the cooking water.

And that’s how it’s done

For the spaghetti:

  • Cook the noodles al dente according to the package instructions, in parallel with the following steps.

For the Blitz Bolognese sauce:

  1. Dice the onions and sauté together with the pressed garlic in a pan with the olive oil. (about 2 minutes)
  2. Add the ground beef and sauté until the ground beef is brown and crumbly. (about 6 minutes)
  3. Add the diced and pureed tomatoes and cook at medium temperature. (about 7 minutes)
  4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, lemon juice, thyme, oregano and the granulated broth.
  5. Arrange the pasta on plates together with the quick Bolognese sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with a fresh basil leaf and serve immediately.

    Tip: Put on the spaghetti right at the beginning so that they are ready together with the Blitz Bolognese sauce 🙂
