Ingredients
- 1.5 Cup Chicken Breast,cut,into small pieces
- For Marination/Breading:
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- As per need Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Panko
For Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
- A pinch Salt
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Clean,cut and dry the chicken breast meat(you can also use thigh meat).
- In a mixing bowl,add the ingredients to make the batter for frying the chicken.
- Heat oil around 2 inch(enough to submerge the chicken pieces). Add the chicken to the batter mix and mix well to coat the chicken.
- When the oil is hot enough,coat each piece in panko and drop in oil slowly,fry on medium heat till chicken is cooked well.Drain on a kitchen tissue.
- Next make the Bang Bang Sauce,for that in a mixing bowl,add the ingredients for the sauce and mix well to combine.
- Finally toss the chicken pieces in sauce or pour the sauce over the chicken pieces,to coat the chicken well and sere immediately.Enjoy!
